Let’s talk hair health!💁🏼‍♀️Keeping your hair shiny and strong isn’t always easy, especially with the recent cold weather. These are a few of my go-to tips for how I keep my hair health up: ✨ HEALTHY FATS - I’ve found that including healthy fats into my diet every day has helped with hair shine and health! A few of my favs: salmon, nuts, & avocados. ✨ MINIMAL HEAT - I use very little heat on my hair since it’s naturally straight, so just a little curl if I’m going out and have an extra few minutes to get ready! If you do use heat make sure to use a heat protector - a few of my favs are @gisou & @kmshairca ✨ HAIR MASKS - Natural DIY masks are a great way to boost your hair health! Some of my favs are avocado, honey and apple cider vinegar hair masks. What are your go-to tips for keeping your hair healthy? Ps.
