The Healthy Breakfast Bowl

This quick, easy and healthy breakfast recipe will energize your mornings with colour and nutrients! Clean eating has never been so easy.

All that you need are 6 simple ingredients (that you most likely already have in your kitchen) and you are ready to jumpstart your day with this delicious breakfast!

Ingredients (2 serving):
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • Strawberries
  • Raw Honey
  • Plain Yoghurt (or Plain Greek Yoghurt for extra protein)
  • Chia Seeds
  • OPTIONAL: Peanut Butter for extra protein

  1. Wash and chop all of your fruits into bite sized pieces.
  2. Put into bowls and top with honey, yoghurt and chia seeds.
  3. Dig in!
