The third @classpass review is here!💪🏼For those of you who haven’t seen my first 2 reviews, I am trying out the 30 day @classpass trial, trying as many classes as I can with the 30 credits and am bringing you all along for the ride!💦I am also combining these class reviews together into a vlog for YouTube once I am done the 30 days 📸 This was the Yoga Gym class at @aliveyogato with Kristen! CLASS💦 – the class was incredibly fun, high energy and full of positive vibes! Yoga Gym was something that I had never heard of before, it was sort of like merging yoga with HIIT! Loaded with creative, unique exercises that flowed really nicely together throughout the duration of the class! There was a nice balance between difference muscle groups that were worked, therefore overall was an excellent full body workout! STUDIO💦 – this was the same studio as my first class: lots of natural light, clean, beautiful space, I liked that I could bring my bag in with me and keep it off to the side, tea and water available, overall lots of positive vibes! OVERALL🌟 – I will for sure be back for another one of Kristen’s classes. I personally find yoga to be great for increasing flexibility (and I should probably do more of it) but I love to really get moving and sweaty during a workout as you guys can probably tell from my fitness videos! This Yoga Gym was a great combo of yoga exercises and flows but with more challenging components to therefore get your sweat on at the same time - love the balance between the two! Kristen was positive, funny and kept you pushing through the whole time🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars from me girl! #thefithive #aliveyoga #classpass

Second ClassPass fitness class complete✔️Which was Power Reformer @retrofitpilates with Barbara💦I am taking you guys along for the ride throughout my 30 days of @classpass and will be combining all of my classes together into a vlog for YouTube once I am done the 30 days/30 credits 📸 Here is my quick review of the experience! CLASS💦 – this was my first reformer class so I was no expert on how the machines worked, so a little introduction would have been nice/made me more comfortable. Large variety of exercises, yet very few reps, I like more reps to really feel the exercise and get a good sweat on! There was no music, and honestly music is what pumps me up (especially at 7am) and keeps my energy high through a workout! STUDIO💦 – natural light, clean space with enough room around each reformer to easily move around, lots of parking nearby, easy to find the studio. OVERALL🌟 – I feel as though I would want to do a 1:1 session to really understand all of the exercises and be adjusted if I am doing any incorrectly. I would be looking to attend a class with music and overall positive, happy vibes next!🙌🏼 #thefithive #classpass
