Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

This antioxidant rich smoothie is a wonderful way to start off the day! With only 5 natural and healthy ingredients, it’s the perfect balance of healthy fats, carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and minerals to jumpstart your mornings.

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Large Handful of Baby Spinach
  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • Almond Milk
  • Toppings: Puffed Quinoa & Unsweetened Coconut Chips


Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until thick & creamy. Pour into a bowl and decorate with whatever toppings you desire, or if your in a rush, pour into a glass.Purple Smoothie Bowl
