  1. HI, Brigitte! Thanks for stopping by my blog and liking my post on fitness funnies. I am enjoying my visit to yours. I am also a giant fan of coconut oil. I use it for shaving, before and after, as well as cooking. The first thing I eat every morning is a spoonful of peanut butter dipped in coconut oil. As a person with dental crowns, I no longer pull coconut oil through my teeth. I was told that the coconut oil destroys the cement used in the crowns. Do you know anything about that? Otherwise, I totally recommend coconut oil for internal was well as external use.

    1. Hi Tony! So glad that you are enjoying it, I love to use coconut oil for cooking too! I’m sorry but I don’t have any crowns and therefore have not looked into the potential damages that it could cause to the cement. I am assuming that it shouldn’t harm anything, but I would recommend checking with your dentist just in case before you give it a try!
