Why I Stopped Using Coconut Oil On My Face & Body

Over the past number of years I have been obsessed with coconut oil, I would try using it for as many things as possible, from removing my makeup with it each night, to using it to whiten my teeth to even attempting to use it as shaving cream. I was seeing amazing results from everything that involved coconut oil, so naturally I wanted to use it for more and more ways. I just loved it!

But…as time went on many things seemed to change and my love of coconut oil left me with horrible breakouts and dry skin. Check out my video below for the whole story, as well as what I now use instead of coconut oil on my face, hair and body, that has helped to return my skin back to normal, after the negative effects from using coconut oil.

These are the 4 products that are mentioned in this video:

Facial Wipe #1: Kaia Naturals Juicy bamboo facial cleansing cloths

Facial Wipe # 2: Celkin Tea Tree Make-Up Remover Cleansing Wipes, 60 sheets

Facial Wipe #3: The Honest Company 3-in-1 Facial Towelettes, 30 Count, Unscented

Face & Body Moisturizer: The Honest Company Face and Body Lotion, 250 ml, Unscented

I hope that this video helps you if you have, or are currently, experiencing the same thing as I was.
