The (4 Ingredient) Busy Morning Smoothie
This smoothie is my go-to breakfast at university when I am running low on groceries! It is super quick to make and involves just a few ingredients that are usually some of the last to run out before the next grocery shop!
This smoothie is filling, flavourful, incredibly healthy and a definite crowd pleaser. It is perfect to make for a breakfast date with your friends and it pairs great with a nice, warm cup of coffee!
Ingredients: (1 serving/smoothie bowl)
- 1 Organic Banana
- 1 Organic Avocado
- 1/2 cup Organic Frozen Mixed Berries (Blackberries, Raspberries & Blueberries)
- 1 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
- Almond Milk or Water
- TOPPINGS: Coconut, Chocolate Covered Puffed Quinoa, Cashews and Walnuts.
Recipe:
Blend all of the ingredients together in a high-speed blender. Top with desired toppings.
