Tropical Green Chia Smoothie Bowl
This beautiful green smoothie is loaded up with tropical ingredients to jumpstart your mornings! With healthy and natural ingredients, it is sure to impress!
Ingredients:
- 1 organic banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 organic avocado
- 1 large handful of organic baby kale and baby spinach
- 2 large spoonfuls of vanilla greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- unsweetened almond milk
- TOPPINGS: homemade granola, fresh apple and chia seeds.
Recipe:
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Pour into a bowl and top with desired ingredients.
