This delicious smoothie is a must for packing in as many vitamins and nutrients into your day as possible! I have had it for breakfast every morning for the past week and I cannot get enough of, it is just so good! It is comprised of a perfect combination of both fruits and vegetables, and will help to fend off hunger for hours. Don’t forget though, make sure to take your time when drinking smoothies, slowly sip them over the course of half an hour or so, for slow nutrient absorption.
- 1 banana
- 1 navel orange
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 handful of organic green grapes (6-7 grapes)
- 2 handfuls of organic baby spinach
- 2 spoonfuls of vanilla greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup water
- OPTIONAL: top with a small handful of fresh raspberries for extra sweetness
Blend all of the ingredients together in a high speed blender. Pour and enjoy!
