5 day lemon and honey cleanse

Feeling tired? Low on energy? Bloated and cramped up? Experiencing intense cravings? Having numerous coffees throughout the day just to try to stay awake and function?

If the answer to any or all of these is YES, then this CLEANSE is just what your body needs! All you have to do is make one simple change to your morning and your body will be feeling BETTER THAN EVER by the end of the five days! There are so many cleanses out there that try to sell you expensive products, powders, teas and pills to achieve these results, yet you really do not need all of those. All you need is just need two simple ingredients that you can pick up the next time you go grocery shopping… that is if you don’t already have them in your cupboard and fridge!

For this 5 day cleanse there are a few rules:

1. Skip your morning tea of coffee and replace it with this  ✔

2. Have it first thing when you wake up, before your breakfast if you can ✔

What to do: Right when you wake up in the morning boil some water, as if you are about to make yourself a cup of tea. While the water is boiling squeeze out the juice from 1/4 to 1/2 of a lemon into a cup. I would start with 1/4 if you are not used to lemon water, as it may be too strong for your liking. Then, once your water has boiled pour it into the cup with the lemon water. Take a good sized spoonful of raw honey and swirl it around in your water until it is all nicely dissolved. Either wait a while for it to cool down or add some cold water to cool it down faster. Drink up and have a lovely morning and rest of the day! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!

Give it a try and you will feel RE-ENERGIZED, MORE AWAKE THAN EVER IN THE MORNINGS, NOT BLOATED OR CRAMPED UP, AND BEST OF ALL…HAPPIER! I would love to hear what your experience was with this cleanse, post it in the comments below or send me an email if you have any comments or questions!

Happy Cleansing,
