Apple Cinnamon Almond Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 large organic apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 splashes of almond milk (or any other nut milk)
  • 5 raw almonds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


Make your oatmeal first, then add everything else on top.
