Gluten Free Banana Nut Oatmeal

This INCREDIBLY healthy and delicious breakfast is the perfect start to any morning! It is packed full of super foods, fiber and protein 🙂 It contains chia seeds, which are high in protein as well as wonderful healthy fats, flax seed, which is a great source or fibre that will make you hair as shiny and beautiful as ever as well as hemp hearts which are overloaded with protein and healthy fats as well as help to fight off hunger! A BIG BURST OF HEALTH AND ENERGY = PERFECTION!

The ingredient are simple yet work wonders on your body and mind. Since it is oatmeal you can mix and match with different fruits and nuts, but this combination turned out to be a huge hit so I am sharing it with all of you, so that you too can enjoy in the delicious flavours as well as numerous health benefits.

Have a healthy breakfast today 🙂



  • gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp chopped raw peanuts (unsalted)
  • as much almond milk as you would like
  • 1 banana


1. Make your oatmeal base and then add on top all the rest of the ingredients. I add about 2 tbsp almond milk so everything is easy to stir together and not so sticky.
