These delicious and nutritious treats make for the perfect appetizer, or addition to a meal! They are very quick to make and trust me you will get complimented on how “fancy” they look, because they do look amazing…meanwhile only taking under 5 minutes to prepare! - Cherry Tomatoes
- Bocconcini Balls (Cheese)
- Basil Leaves
- Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Need: toothpicks
1. Wash the tomatoes and slice into halves.
2. Slice the bocconcini into thin slices. Stack the bocconcini and tomato slices onto the toothpick, one after the other and top with a basil leaf.
3. Plate each kabobs and drop about 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar onto each along with a small amount of pepper and VOILA!
