Strawberry Cantaloupe Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh cantaloupe
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • water, almond milk, or coconut water to blend


Bend all together and pour into a glass.
