This oatmeal cookie shake is thick, sweet, delicious and vegan! It will satisfy any sweet tooth and leave you feeling bloat-free and guilt-free. Sounds like a perfect combo to me!
I added goji powder because it is almost taste free and has incredible anti-aging benefits, aids in weight loss and prevents fatigue!…Bring on the superfood!
- 1 frozen banana (or non-frozen and add ice cubes)
- 1/2 cup raw oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp nut butter (I used peanut butter)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high until smooth.
